Lead Occupational Therapist: Varleisha D. Gibbs MS,OTR/L
Varleisha holds a B.A. in psychology from the University of Delaware and a M.S. in Occupational Therapy from the College of Physicians and Surgeons at Columbia University. Currently, she is studying for her PhD in Health Sciences at Seton Hall University.
Vanest Freeman Smith, M.S. -Director of Operations, Consultant and ABA/EI Specialist. She has a strong background in early childhood education, child development, and human/social services. Her experience includes Director positions in Head Start/Early Head Start, Contracted Mental Health Consultant for Head Start and Director for community based programs, as well as the former owner of Mrs. V's Quality Daycare, located in Kansas. Vanest has been an advocate for children with special needs, underprivileged, and at-risk.

Universal Progressive Therapy, Inc. has practitioners ranging from Occupational, Physical, and Speech therapists. Special educators and ABA therapists are also an important part of our team. All of the staff are fully licensed and hold degrees from reputable institutions. Most of all, they have a strong passion and understanding of those they help!
